Delivery Information

All Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 working days.These will be shipped using the chosen delivery method chosen during checkout.

Orders placed after 2.30 pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day.
Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays)

1st Class large letter (1-3 days) £1.10

1st Class signed for (1-3 days)  £4.20

2nd Class signed for (2-4 days)  £3.50

2nd Class standard   £2.60

 We Offer Free  Shipping on Orders Over £50.00 UK mainland only.

Royal Mail Signed For require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbor to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbor or at your local post office, they will leave a card telling you.

Orders that go missing in transit, a replacement will be issued if available before a cash refund is offered.

Insurance – PLEASE READ

    All our Royal Mail Signed for services are insured up to the value of £50.
    We can only refund / replace goods up to the value of £50 if the Royal Mail Signed for option is chosen.

 Christmas period.
Note: Due to the build up of the Christmas Period we recommend all orders to be at least Signed For, as they may be a high chance of loss and delays.
Items lost or damaged in transit: All ownership, title and risk of loss and/or damage to the product you have purchased shall pass to you at the point and time at which such product leaves our premises in the UK. Compensation for loss will not be considered for an item that Royal Mail has not delivered or attempted to deliver until after 10-15 working days have elapsed from the due date of delivery, unless there is evidence to the contrary to demonstrate that the item has not been lost., After 15 working days, we can offer a refund or replacement of any lost items.  ZD-Vapes online store will not be responsible for any loss or damages to goods whilst in transit, unless special delivery/recorded 1st class has been selected by the customer. Refunds or replacements will be forwarded after 15 working days. Claims for damages to goods in transit covered by 1st class recorded delivery will require the customer to provide photo evidence of the damages to both the packaging and the goods before we can process your claim. A refund or replacement of goods will be made on receipt of photographic evidence.
