WARRANTY ON PRODUCTS

If you receive a product that you believe to be faulty or damaged, please either Email us at zdvapes@gmail.com or use the 'Contact Us' form to let us know and we'll get back to you asap.
When returning an item for testing or refund please make sure you include full details of the reason for return, together with your contact details and original order number.

Clearomisers and Tanks are covered by DOA (dead on arrival) warranty. You must inform us of any faults  within 7 Days of receipt to zdvapes@gmail.com

Batteries and Mods are covered by 30 days manufacturers warranty against manufacturers defects only if properly maintained and used in accordance with the instructions.

Electronic cigarette EGO Batteries expected lifespan is 1-3 months.

Many items associated with electronic cigarettes are consumables and have a limited lifespan (eg. atomisers, cartomiser & clearomisers), so please contact us before returning those items to confirm their warranty period.

Products which have been damaged by neglect,misuse,eliquid or accident are not covered

E-Liquid

Unfortunately, for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on e-liquid.
Taste is very subjective and what one person loves, another will hate and for that reason we recommend buying liquids in the smallest available bottle size.

RETURNS

PLEASE NOTE: ZD-Vapes only offer a warranty on faulty products.We do not offer a warranty if you do not like the product.

Please check all goods when you receive them as the warranty will run from the date of your receipt.

You will have 14 days from the date of receipt to cancel your order. You can return the order to us unopened in its original condition to receive  full refund (customer to pay shipping costs).

The following procedure must be followed in order to carry out a warranty claim

    Email:   zdvapes@gmail.com or phone: 01287 654062 - mob: 07840305991 Informing us of the Order ID (or your full name) and a reference to the item in question.

Once the goods are received  we will test and inform you of the findings.
    If the goods are found to be faulty then we will immediately ship out replacement items or issue a refund.
    Please allow 5 working days for accurate testing and a response.

Returning Goods
IMPORTANT: Please ensure that the product is packaged correctly with all its components otherwise it may get damaged on its way back to us and we will not be held liable for this damage. Basically it must come back to us the way it came to you. We ask that All returns  be sent by a recorded method requiring signature by ZD-Vapes.
